1. HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

PLEASE ALLOW US 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

 

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WE ARE CURRENTLY BASED IN MALAYSIA ONLY. 

 

3. WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM?

IF THE ITEMS YOU RECEIVED ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

 

4. JEWELRY CARE?

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO AVOID GETTING WET, REMOVE WHEN SHOWER, AVOID DIRECT CONTACT WITH PERFUME, AVOID WEARING WHEN WORKING OUT, REMOVE WHEN GOING TO BED AND LASTLY CLEAN AND POLISH WITH CLOTH.

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER ANY WARRANTY SERVICES. 

 

6. WHAT ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?

OUR PRODUCTS ARE A MIXED OF SILVER OR GOLD PLATED AS WELL AS S925. 

 

7. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
